These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website Kit4editors (https://kit4editors.com/) and all services provided through it, including the purchase and use of digital credits and digital video resources. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. About the Website
Kit4editors provides digital resources for content creators, such as green screen clips, lifestyle footage, hooks, and other creative assets.
Users can purchase credits (“Diamonds”) and use them to buy videos from the platform.
2. Account Creation
To access the services and purchase credits, users must create an account.
2.1 Registration Methods
Users may sign up using:
- Microsoft
- Email and password
2.2 Multiple Accounts
Users are allowed to create more than one account.
2.3 Account Deletion
Account deletion is not currently available directly from the user dashboard. Users may request account deletion by contacting support.
3. Digital Credits
3.1 Credit Packs
Credits can be purchased in predefined plans, such as:
- 20 Diamonds
- 45 Diamonds
- 150 Diamonds
- 300 Diamonds
3.2 How Credits Work
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits can be used to download digital video resources from the Website.
- Each resource has a credit cost displayed on its product page.
3.3 Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable
Credits:
- are non-refundable,
- cannot be transferred to another user,
- cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Use of Resources
When a user downloads a resource using credits:
4.1 Usage Rights
Downloaded videos are royalty-free and may be used in:
- personal projects
- commercial projects
- social media content
- YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
4.2 Ownership
- The user owns the right to use the video.
- Kit4editors remains the copyright holder unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Redistribution
Users may use the video in their own content but must not resell the raw, original files as standalone products.
4.4 Access to Purchased Products
Users can access and download purchased files at any time by visiting the “My Account > Downloads” section.
Digital products become available immediately after purchase, and each download is considered full delivery of the product.
Kit4editors does not guarantee permanent access to purchased items in cases such as account deletion, technical issues, or product removal. Users are responsible for securely storing their downloaded files.
5. Wishlist Feature
The wishlist feature allows users to save products for later viewing. Users can access it in “My Account > Wishlist”.
A wishlist counter appears at the top-right of the screen. Clicking it opens a mini-wishlist showing added products.
6. Payments
All credit purchases are processed through WooCommerce and its payment providers.
Payments are:
- instant
- secure
- non-refundable (see Section 11)
7. Prohibited Behavior
Users agree not to:
- attempt to defraud the system
- use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts
- hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the website
- share account credentials
- resell access to Kit4editors
- misuse or abuse the platform
- reproduce the Website or its services without permission
8. Service Availability
Kit4editors aims to provide uninterrupted access, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
The Website does not guarantee 100% uptime.
9. Digital Product Withdrawal / No Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law for digital content, by purchasing credits or downloading videos, the user:
- agrees to immediate access to the content,
- waives their right of withdrawal (no 14-day refund period).
Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
10. Liability
Kit4editors is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or its products, including:
- misuse of downloaded resources,
- loss of data, profits, or financial loss,
- issues caused by third-party login or payment providers,
- website downtime or technical interruptions.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of downloaded content complies with all applicable laws.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Kit4editors may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the Website.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
