• immediate access to the digital content, and

This means the standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to any purchase made on Kit4editors.

3. Credit

Credits purchased on Kit4editors:

• cannot be refunded
• cannot be exchanged for money
• cannot be transferred to another user
• do not expire

Once credits are added to your account, the transaction is final.

4. Downloaded Files

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” any downloaded resource is not eligible for a refund, regardless of:

• download mistakes
• change of mind
• user error
• incorrect purchase

Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

5. Technical Issues

If you cannot access or download a file due to a technical problem, we will assist you in resolving the issue. This may include:

• re-enabling the download
• providing an alternative download link
• verifying your purchase

However, technical support does not include refunds.

6. Unauthorised Use

If you believe your account was used without your permission:

• contact us immediately
• we will review the activity on your account
